We added a new truck to our fleet

Jake brake rebuild, injector and valve adjustment for this Detroit series 60

Customer was having low power issues, and requested to have new injector codes programmed. Programmed, their injectors, and after some quick tests found blown intake and exhaust gaskets.

Here we are replacing a broken leaf spring after the driver was complaining of a rough ride and loud knocking noise.

Truck was having low power concerns, rough idle and going into derate. Found #1 injector not firing and a weak high pressure oil pump. Replaced the pump and injector and truck was back to full power

Driver had an issue of A/C under performing, replaced a clogged orifice tube and he was running cool once more.

Red crane operator had an A/C that just wasn't cold enough, had a low freon charge and a very dirty condenser, quick clean and charge and back to ice. Grey crane operator was losing his blower intermittent, replaced a shorted relay and he was back to business
